After obtaining her BSc degree in Viticulture & Oenology from Stellenbosch University, a love for travel resulted in Delaille working 8 back-to-back harvests in 5 different countries.
14 years of wine industry experience includes wine making, - marketing, sales, and working as sommelier.
Delaille's passion and appreciation for South African wine bought her back to the Western Cape, which ultimately resulted in serendipitously meeting Ingrid Motteux at a wine launch event.
